Agile Programme Delivery Approach
Our approach to Agile programme delivery draws on best-of-breed techniques from IndigoBlue’s practical experience of delivering the most demanding Agile programmes. Working in close partnership with clients, we manage all aspects of the programme, ensuring the most effective blend of client, IndigoBlue and third-party skills.

Our ADAPT and CONTROL governance framework provides rigorous risk management, monitoring and control throughout the programme lifecycle.
Our Implementation Approach comprises two main stages:
Project Initiation
The Project Initiation stage establishes the foundations of the programme, both in terms of unambiguous business objectives and the key elements of the Agile framework in which the programme will be executed. Critical to this is the incremental delivery strategy and its alignment with the culture and processes of the business, and the establishment of the Agile governance framework.
Implementation
This stage encompasses the full incremental delivery programme. Our programme managers assure the most effective and efficient deployment of resources for each aspect of the programme. IndigoBlue FOUNDATION CAPABILITIES are extensively deployed to create the artefacts, components and environment necessary for successful Agile incremental delivery. Rigorous reporting and control structures are provided by the ADAPT and CONTROL governance framework.
