What are the next steps for organisations using Integra?

Overview

Many organisations who depend on Integra are now considering the future.  Iris has launched it's new Integra NG product, which offers potentially significant improvements, but moving requries  large scale changes to both technology and process as a result. There are many opportunities that can be grasped by this change and moving to Integra NG is not necessarily a natural progression. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the varying options and share experience between organisations within the sector.

Webinar: Agile Governance from the Top Down

22 AUG 2012 | Agile Business Conference Webinar |

Agile Business Conference Webinar

Overview

Agile delivery teams argue that they provide a more effective platform for governance, by giving a clearer and more honest picture of project status.

Unfortunately, the story from the top down is somewhat different. Senior management and project offices find Agile projects almost completely opaque, and totally reliant upon the assurances of key individuals.

This webinar looks at the reasons why such a gap in understanding exists, and defines the necessary components of a governance process so that the objectives all parties involved can be met.

A General view of planning

I get asked the question ‘who is your favourite 19th century Prussian Field Marshal’ quite a lot, as I suspect you do as well. There are of course several great contenders for this title, but my vote has to go Helmuth Von Moltke the Elder. Why? Because of his contribution to the concept of dynamic planning! Trying to convince people that planning is a continuous and never ending process and not something that’s completed at the start of a project is a constant challenge for me and I will grab any support I can get.
