Collaboration tools and update from major change programme

I promised to provide regular updates, so here is the first one all be it a little later than planned!

Programme coordination for multiple suppliers

In all, five parties became involved in the programme, delivering new APIs to the membership system to enable online joining, renewals and exam entry; a new website supplier and a new website; and the installation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Isn't it great the way agile techniques allow you to discuss issues with your team mates sitting next to you in the same war room. It's not so great when the war room spans several continents. It’s even harder when your team members speak several different mother tongues and they are still trying to get a basic grasp of agile concepts let alone project details.
